Cape Coral New Home Construction

New construction in Cape Coral, FL has cooled some in new permits in the residential marketplace in 2026.  The permitting process is currently taking about 60 days.  Entire build cycle is about 9 months.  It is readily noticeable that current new construction is taking place on gulf access, freshwater and off-water lots in the SW, NW and NE Cape.
